Caldarium
Relaxation room and Heat radiation bath 37-39 deg C. Heated walls, floor and seats or benches. A water feature is usually included within the room to raise humidity and provide a gentle splashing noise, but not essential. |

Hamam or Turkish Bath
Heat radiation bath 43-46 deg C as above, with a humidity of 60%-80% RH, due to the temperature, the steam should scarcely be visible. The room will provide facilities for treatments, for instance; hot stone benches for massage and beauty treatments, foam dispensers for sponge rubs, lukewarm water supply for rinsing and drenching. Some larger cabins have separate rooms for private treatments. |

Mud bath or Rasoul:
Individual heated seats or benches with a temperature of 48-60 deg C and a rotating humidity from 10%-80% RH to soften mud allowing clients to exfoliate and dry over 20mins. The room will have a shower e.g a ‘tropical’, with varying lights water pressures and temperatures. Each seat will be fitted with a hose supplying warm water.

Steam Room: Tiled Cabin at 95+% RH 40-46 deg C |

Sauna: Wooden Cabin at 3%RH at 70-100Deg C, the heat promotes exfoliation of impurities from the pores of the skin through perspiration. This improves the natural toning . |

Sanarium: Wooden sauna cabin with five varying climates. Tropical bath, soft steam bath, aroma bath, warm air bath. All vary between 48-100 deg C and 40-65% RH. |

Salt Grotto or Salt Glow Cabin. This system, located within the steam room plant, injects salt vapour into the cabin atmosphere. The result is smooth detoxified skin. Similar essence injection systems can also be fitted. |

Snow Room: Rapid cool down room at –5 Deg C with ice rub down. |

Ice Room: Cool down room with ice dispenser at 4-5 Deg C. |

Balneotherapy Room: Heated benches within a Caldarium complete with foot spas. Ideal for head to toe treatments. An excellent money making room for extending treatments. |
